Was there at 8am, no one there. Called the number was on hold for 20 minutes for them to tell me that they were not sure when it will open maybe noon. The line of cars behind were not happy either. Frustrating

BEWARE: They dented and scratched my car the very first time I went. But literally the very first time they dented the side of my car and scratched up the rear hatch in two different places. I took photos and told them, but I'm still waiting to hear back if they'll even reimburse me for the damage. The salesman at the Honda dealership (which owns this car wash) I talked to was really friendly, but I was concerned that he said "We deal with this every day." And somehow, my car still isn't even clean! I only went because I had a coupon (I got my car from another Kendall dealership that gave me a coupon), but even if it weren't for the scratches, not worth the time to drive there.

Got back from the coast and went through the wash. There was still salt and dirt on my car. And half way through it shut off for like 15 seconds. Even though I have unlimited washes for the life of my car I wont be going back.

Today I went to wash my BMW car, but about halfway through, the machine stopped running and the soapy water came out without being washed away. I already waited too long and there was a long line, so I couldn't complain. I came here hoping there was no damage to the car.
